Log the sale
Where you log a purchase or payment against a customer. Points, punches and tickets all follow from that.

Setting up · about twenty minutes, once
Work through this in order before you share your join code with anybody. A mechanic who scans your code and finds an empty program doesn't come back to check whether you filled it in later.
TipSteps 4 to 9 are mostly typing. If it's your first time through, do them in the web console at wrenchwallet.net/dealer. A keyboard beats a phone for this.
Account
Account → join code card
Account → join poster
Rules
Four settings, all on one screen, one Save at the bottom.
Get the earn rate right before anybody joins. Changing it later doesn't re-value what people already earned.
Rewards
Rewards → Deals
Whatever's on the truck this week and worth shouting about. Deals show on the customer's home screen, so a couple of live ones makes the program look run.
Work out what it costs first. Triple points for a week is three times your normal rate on everything sold that week.
Rewards → Punch cards
Buy or pay a set number of times, get the reward. The oldest promotion in the business because it works. One to start is plenty.
Rewards → Power of cards
A numbered board. Customers take numbers, the board fills, you draw. Keep the prize name short; long names get cut off on a phone.
Rewards → Ticket drive
Only once 1–9 are done
Once it's running
If you don't log it, nothing moves. Everything else follows from the sale.

Home
How the program and your customers are doing. Worth a look once a week rather than every day.
People → Reach your customers
Message a group. Quiet customers and those close to a reward are already picked out.
Wish lists
Your buy list. Open it before you load the truck.
Nothing is console-only and nothing is app-only. The console at wrenchwallet.net/dealer uses the same email and password: same program, same customers, nothing to sync. The phone is still the right tool at the window.
