No hardware
Just your phone
No card reader, no scanner. Your phone scans the customer's code, or look them up by name.
Cancelling
Cancel any time. From your account.
Sign in at wrenchwallet.net, open Account and choose Subscription. Billing lives on the website rather than in the app, so that's the one place to change a card, download an invoice or cancel.
- Your account stays active to the end of the period you've paid for.
- No partial refunds.
- After that, the dealer app stops working and customers can no longer earn.
Points liability: read this
You're on the hook for the points.
Points are credit toward purchases from your truck. Wrench Wallet keeps the count and shows you what's outstanding; honouring it is between you and your customer.
Your Home screen shows outstanding credit in dollars, so the number is never a surprise. Use the payout calculator in Rules to see what a typical customer costs you in a year before you set a rate.
If you cancel, settle any outstanding points with your customers before you go. That obligation is yours, not ours.
